After purchasing a premium or priority hosting subscription from your dashboard, users have a 7-day (168-hour) refund guarantee period. Contact us at zoomgames14@gmail.com or create a ticket in our Discord server at https://discord.gg/Gjfgv3j5E6 within this time frame to request a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for requests made after the 7-day period. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be visible on your account.

You can cancel your premium or priority hosting subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and the premium or priority hosting features will be removed at the end of the current subscription term. You will not be charged again after canceling.
